Somatic practices are used to support awareness, regulation, and a deeper sense of being in the body. The work invites integration of mind and body through experience.
We offer personalized sessions shaped around individual needs. The embodied somatic work gently supports nervous system regulation, helping release tension, deepen self-awareness and create the conditions for more restful sleep and a greater sense of presence.
